These Confucius sayings seem to suggest that we should enjoy learning for its own sake, that almost every situation in life gives us the opportunity to learn something. He also seems to be saying that it is not enough to actually learn Tai Chi in a passive way but to think about the implications of what we have learned.
He who learns but does not think, is lost He who thinks but does not learn is in great danger.
