dayan qigong
This dayan qigong opens the 12 meridians, and rotates all the major joints to increase flexibility.
So far we've found three sets of named moves - the first set and the second set are very similar with small differences differences in the number of repetitions and the names of the individual moves that give you an alternative way about thinking about the move. The third set seems to put more emphasis on the purpose of the move and is our favourite.
